Volunteers get a free all day pass to the festival
The Lubbock Live Festival is a non-profit organization and therefore, we can’t have fun and showcase the best of Lubbock musicianship and art without your help! The good news? If you decide to chip in and help out you get into the festival for FREE! We need YOUR help with ticketing at the gates, merch sales, and hospitality - among other various tasks. Click the button below to sign up for a shift - or multiple shifts! Tell your friends to sign up too! All volunteers get 50% off all merchandise, and if you’re over 21, a free beer voucher!
I’m already a volunteer!
If you are already a volunteer, you will receive a text reminder for your timeslot. Please show up at a minimum of 20 minutes early for your shift so we can get you placed and show you what to do. Take into account that you will have to park at the Civic Center. Volunteers can report directly to the Graffiti building when they show up to receive their wristband and placement.
Volunteers can choose one of the above shirts from year 1 for free if they would like. All other Merch is 50% off*

Positions
Ticket Sales
This is our primary need for volunteers. These volunteers are in charge of selling tickets, scanning tickets, and checking ID’s. The Eventbrite app we use for check-in and purchases is fairly easy, but we will have printed instructions at the table as well as a staff member to help with any questions.
Survey Takers
We will have 1-2 volunteers at all times walking around with surveys. These are necessary for our grants. You will have a clipboard and a stack of stickers to give to anyone who fills out a survey.
Floaters/cleanup
Any volunteers that are not already assigned to the ticket booth or surveys will be general floaters. Floaters are in charge of taking out trash, refilling water in the water stations, setting up tents, and any other random task we may need when setting up and tearing down.
